Verbo "to come" ("venir" en inglés)

"To come" es uno de los verbos principales del inglés y quiere decir "venir”. Palabras como "came", "coming" y "have come" son distintas conjugaciones de este verbo. "Come" es una palabra que encontraremos en mucho "phrasal verbs" y expresiones en inglés, como "come on!" (¡no te creo!), "come in" (entra) o "come again?" (¿me puedes repetir la pregunta?). Es un verbo irregular.

ENUNCIADOS CON "TO COME"

- Present simple: I never come home before 6 p.m. (yo nunca vuelvo a casa antes de las 6 p.m.)

- Presente continuo: I'm coming, give me a second! (¡Ya vengo, dame un segundo!)

- Presente perfecto simple: We have come to this party to have fun. (hemos venido a esta fiesta a divertirnos)

- Future continuous: You will be coming home on time starting tomorrow or else I'll tell your mother. (tú vendrás a casa a tiempo a partir de mañana o si no le diré a tu madre)

- Future perfect simple: He will have come to our gym tomorrow before we had even opened. (él habrá venido al gimnasio mañana antes de que hayamos abierto)

- Future perfect continuous: From your house, you will have been coming to the party for hours before you get here. (desde tu casa, habrás estado viniendo a la fiesta durante horas antes de que llegues)
