DiversityInc has published its new list of best US companies within diversity- The DiversityInc Top 50 List . From that list, we've compiled the 10 best companies for Latinos in 2012.

Unlike many lists that focus on companies that seem attractive to Latinos seeking their first job, the organizations mentioned by DiversityInc reflect a culture of diversity that goes from the top of the organization, contributions to the Latino community.

  1. Kaiser Permanente.- For the second consecutive year, the company providing services in the medical sector has managed to become the employer's values ​​diversity. Headquarters: Oakland, California. Number of employees: 181,900.
